An ERP connected to your AI agency: collect, invoice, and stay in control without entering data twice

Your CRM answers, books, and sells. The ERP collects payments, issues invoices, manages operations, and, if you run a practice or clinic, stores clinical records. The two stay in sync: a customer who comes in through WhatsApp appears in the ERP, an appointment booked by the assistant shows up on your calendar, and the payment is linked to its sale. Status: pilot with select customers; general availability coming soon.

Modules

Catalog and pricing

Services, products, session packages, and supplies, with price, taxes, SAT codes (Mexico's tax authority), duration, and assigned professional. Change a price in one place.

Customers and patients

Created automatically from the CRM, with no re-entry. The ERP adds tax details, balance, and purchase history. It detects duplicates by phone and email and never merges without review.

Scheduling

An exact copy of CRM appointments, with a daily view by professional, waiting room, check-in, and completed appointments pending payment.

Quotes and sales

Branded PDF quotes with expiration dates, role-based discount approval, and automatic follow-up in the CRM. A sale starts from an accepted quote, a completed appointment, or directly at the register.

Collections and payments

Register payments, online payments through your processor, bank transfers, deposits, and account statements. Aging receivables with balance reminders. It never stores card data.

CFDI 4.0 invoicing

Electronic invoice stamping, payment supplements, cancellation with reason, general-public and consolidated invoices. Each business invoices under its own RFC (Mexican tax ID). Mexico only.

Inventory and supplies

Stock by location, lots and expiration dates, automatic supply usage per service, and low-stock and upcoming-expiration alerts.

Purchasing and suppliers

Suppliers, purchase orders, partial or full receiving that feeds inventory, basic accounts payable, and upload of the supplier's invoice XML.

Cash register, commissions, and reports

Shift opening and closing by payment method. Affiliate and professional commissions calculated on amounts collected. Reports on sales, scheduling, collections, invoicing, and where your customers come from.

Roles and audit log

Users with roles (management, front desk, cashier, accounting, professional) and two-step verification for sensitive roles. An audit log of who did what and when.

Clinical module for practices and clinics

Simple, well-organized electronic health records, designed based on NOM-004-SSA3-2012 and NOM-024-SSA3-2012 (Mexican official standards for medical records and health information systems), so clinical information never lives in the CRM or in chats. Legal validation of each case is the responsibility of the professional and their advisor.

  • Records for each patient with versioned medical history and a minimum retention of 5 years.
  • Secure pre-visit intake: the patient completes their history before the appointment through a single-use link.
  • SOAP progress notes, vital signs, and diagnoses using the ICD-10 catalog; a signed note can't be edited, only amended with an addendum.
  • PDF prescriptions with the professional's details, folio number, and verification code (no prescriptions for controlled medications are issued).
  • Informed consent forms by procedure, signed by the patient or guardian, plus consent for health data.
  • Session-based packages and treatments, phased estimates, and a patient portal with instructions, documents, and next appointment.

How it syncs with your CRM

  • Every new CRM contact is automatically added to the ERP.
  • Appointments are created and changed in the CRM; the ERP keeps a copy and reconciles it every hour during business hours.
  • If you change an appointment from the ERP, the change is made in the CRM and the copy updates once it's confirmed.
  • Sent quotes move the opportunity through your pipeline and trigger follow-up.
  • Online payments that come in through the CRM are recorded in the ERP and linked to the sale.
  • Only status indicators are sent to the CRM (for example, "pre-visit intake complete" or "sessions remaining"), never clinical content.

Security and privacy

  • Each business sees only its own data: per-customer isolation is automatically tested before every update.
  • Health data lives in a separate space, accessible only to authorized professionals; front desk and cashier staff can't see clinical content.
  • Encryption in transit and at rest; clinical content is additionally encrypted with each business's own key.
  • Log of writes and reads of health records: who opened what, when, and from where.
  • Daily backups, point-in-time recovery, and restore drills.
  • Soft deletion only, with records retained as required by regulation; export your data whenever you ask.

Frequently asked questions

Is the ERP available yet?

It's in pilot with select customers. If you're interested, mention it in the onboarding form and we'll let you know when you can join.

Does it replace my accountant?

No. The ERP issues invoices and organizes your operations, but it doesn't handle electronic accounting, payroll, or tax filings. Your accountant simply receives better-organized information.

Can I invoice under my business's name?

Yes. Each business invoices under its own RFC (Mexican tax ID) and its own stamping account. CFDI invoicing applies only in Mexico.

Where is clinical data stored?

In the ERP's clinical module, in a separate, encrypted space. The CRM and chats never store clinical content.

Do I have to enter my customers twice?

No. Contacts and appointments come from the CRM. In the ERP you only add what the CRM doesn't have: tax details, payments, and health records.

Can I use the ERP without the AI agency?

Not for now. The ERP is designed as a complement to your agency and requires the AI Reception plan or higher.
