You choose your plan (monthly or annual) and pay the setup invoice; then we create your account and the 15-day trial starts, with basic implementation included. You add your card at the start. When the 15 days end, the subscription for the plan you chose is charged automatically; if you cancel before then, you are not charged. Between day 12 and day 14 we contact you to confirm before the charge.

During the trial we set up the essentials so you can bring your business in and connect everything: your account created from our template, the CRM foundations and the automations for your industry, your assistant in suggestion mode (it proposes replies but does not send them on its own) with your business information, and your calendar and form connected to the CRM. WhatsApp and voice are added once you connect your channels (Meta verification and phone number).

The setup invoice is sent before your account is created and is paid first. The subscription is charged automatically when the trial ends (day 15): every month on the monthly plan, or once a year for the discounted total on the annual plan. Channel usage is deducted from your prepaid balance.

After the trial you can cancel whenever you like: it no longer renews and your service continues until the end of the paid period (month or year), with no refund for that period. The setup fee is non-refundable once configuration has started.

It is a one-time charge for the design and initial configuration of your agency. We email it to you before creating your account; once it is paid, we create your account and start the trial. Depending on your plan: US$529, US$639, US$1,329 or US$2,399.

Annual billing equals 12 monthly payments with 18% off, for a limited time: US$974 (AI Landing Page), US$4,123 (AI Reception), US$8,846 (AI Sales) or US$16,718 (Full AI Agency) per year, excluding VAT.

Yes, with any lawful line of business. If yours is not on the list, choose “Other” on the sign-up form and describe it. Regulated industries (health, legal, financial, education) go through a compliance review before going live.

The design and configuration of your agency: CRM workspace, knowledge base, assistants for each channel, automations, channel and calendar connections, testing with you, and launch.

Yes. You can upgrade anytime; we'll confirm beforehand which setup and monthly fee adjustment applies. Downgrades follow the Terms of service.

Because it depends on your volume: each channel charges per message or per minute. That way you pay for what you actually use, at published rates with monthly details, instead of an inflated bundle.

No. Prices are in US dollars (USD) and don't include VAT (Mexico's value-added tax). If your business is in Mexico, we invoice you as required by law.

On the monthly plan, the subscription renews every month and you can cancel whenever you like, before the next renewal. The annual plan is paid in advance: you can cancel the renewal at any time, but there is no refund for the current year and the service continues until it ends. The setup fee is non-refundable once setup has started.
